Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Introducing our meticulously crafted Longitudinal Finned Tubes, precisely engineered with high precision using carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. These tubes are manufactured through a sophisticated resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), ensuring unmatched quality and performance.

Our advanced welding process employs a gentle regime (direct welding with side current), with fins consistently welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube in an innovative U-profile shape. This design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures a uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins undergo a gradual rolling process, minimizing internal stress and allowing for a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically fashioned from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, these fins can also be custom-made from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, or various stainless steel types such as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, tailored to customer specifications. With fin heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm and angles specified by our clients, our use of seamless tubes from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST) guarantees precise production tolerances of ± 6 mm for our longitudinally finned tubes.

We accommodate both small and large production demands, starting from single-unit orders to extensive series. Our tubes are available in straight or U-bent forms, and we also supply complete equipment solutions.
