Utilizing the highly efficient resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are designed to meet your most demanding specifications.

Our advanced soft regime technology, utilizing direct welding with side current, ensures that fins are always intricately welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a U-profile. This innovative design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and assures an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins, meticulously shaped by gradual rolling, exhibit minimal inner stress, guaranteeing durability and performance. Uniquely, our method allows for a maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is typically used for its excellent heat transfer properties, we offer customization to meet specific requirements, using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. We use seamless tubes in the same material range as the fins, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production method ensures that longitudinally finned tubes are manufactured with remarkable precision, maintaining tolerances of ± 6 mm.
