Our innovative soft regime technique employs direct welding with side current, consistently welding fins in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a distinctive U-profile. This unique design surpasses traditional contact surfaces, enhancing heat transfer efficiency, fortifying joint strength, and ensuring even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins undergo a meticulous gradual rolling process, minimizing internal stress and achieving a robust final profile, with a maximum achievable length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, these fins are also available in high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and variety of stainless options on request. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamlessly integrating with the tubes, these are available in materials spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), upholding tight manufacturing tolerances of ±6 mm for superior quality.
