Crafted with meticulous precision, our longitudinal finned tubes are made from premium carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure each tube exhibits exceptional quality and durability.

Our innovation incorporates a soft regime technique, using direct welding with side current. This ensures the fins are meticulously paired and welded on opposite sides of the tube, taking on an efficient U-profile shape. Compared to traditional designs, this configuration enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are expertly shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and achieving a remarkable profile length of up to 7 meters. While predominantly crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, we offer customization in high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific client demands. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored by customer specifications. Seamless tubes complement the fin material spectrum, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our rigorous production method guarantees longitudinal finned tubes within a precision tolerance of ± 6 mm.
