1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
The air cooler utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, effectively sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside, delivering efficient results.
This standalone equipment features a compact footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement as per user requirements. Connectivity is made easy through hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable via the valve, with real-time monitoring on the pressure gauge located on the water distribution package. To ensure optimal performance and avoid blockages, it is crucial to close all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment before use and drain any residual water post self-circulation.

Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously designed to be installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue. The design consists of horizontally arranged, parallel elbow pipes, commonly known as serpentine pipes, for optimal performance.

2. Pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer prior to it entering the steam drum lessens its heat absorption needs on the heating surface, allowing for a cost-effective replacement of some expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. By elevating the feedwater temperature prior to entering the steam drum, reduce the wall temperature differential and thermal stress, thereby extending the steam drum's lifespan gracefully.
Product Usage:
In the boiler start-up phase (particularly in drum boilers), circulation in the steam water pipeline is minimal, causing boiler feedwater to be stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, vaporization within the economizer may occur, leading to overheating. To counter this, integrate a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer thrives with its ability to:
(1) Efficiently capture heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, substantially decreasing exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, thus enhancing thermal efficiency and fuel savings.
(2) The incorporation of economizers elevates water temperatures entering the drum, minimizing the drum wall-to-feed water temperature differential, reducing thermal stress, and considerably prolonging the drum's operational life.
