1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
The air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, allowing placement indoors or outdoors per user preference. Easily connected to equipment via hoses or steel pipes, it features adjustable water pressure, displayed on the water distribution package gauge. Prior to use, ensure all high-frequency equipment valves are closed, and post-circulation, drain water via the valve under the distribution package to prevent debris-induced blockage.

Product advantages
1, Enhance the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water scaling necessitates frequent cleaning, impacting emission power and tube lifespan. Severe scaling risks anode burn-through. Our solution minimizes these risks.
2, Optimize electricity consumption: For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power usage under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, compared to about 70W using distilled water, offering substantial savings.
3, Mitigate electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a direct current to ground via water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Our solution curtails this corrosion rate, making it over 100 times lower than with ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a crucial device located at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, ingeniously designed to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. It efficiently converts boiler feedwater into saturated water using the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing the heat of high-temperature flue gases, it smartly lowers the exhaust temperature, thus conserving energy and augmenting efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The robust steel tube economizer boasts flexibility in pressure usage, suitable even for boiling types, and is primarily crafted from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters. To enhance its heat transfer efficacy, fins may be added. Structurally, it features horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

Product Advantages:
1. Ingeniously absorbs the heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures, reducing exhaust losses, and yielding significant fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, it diminishes the feedwater's heat absorption on the heating surface, enabling the economizer to economically replace some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feed water's temperature is elevated before entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is minimized, subsequently decreasing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), due to the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline-resulting in stagnant boiler feedwater-the economizer experiences non-flowing water conditions. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, vaporization of water in the economizer can occur, risking localized overheating. To counteract this, an auxiliary pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculating pipeline to ensure water flow within the economizer, thereby preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are reduced, the economizer's primary function is:
(1) Absorbing residual heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, which substantially decreases exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, thereby boosting thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) The integration of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, thereby reducing temperature discrepancies between the drum wall and feedwater, diminishing thermal stress on the drum, and enhancing its durability.
