1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that harnesses ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This self-contained unit boasts a compact footprint and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user requirements. Seamlessly connect it to equipment using hoses or steel pipes, and manage water pressure easily with an adjustable valve, which is indicated by the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prioritize closing all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment before use and ensure debris-free operation by draining through the water distribution package's drain valve.

1. Enhance the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is prone to scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. This daily scaling can hamper emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking the electronic tube's anode burning.
2. Significant electricity savings are realized. For example, the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment's anode water circuit to ground power consumption is approximately 8KW with ordinary water but just about 70W with distilled water.
3. Drastically reduce electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing substantial electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet, with ordinary water having a corrosion rate more than 100 times that of distilled water.

2. As the economizer pre-heats the feedwater before entering the steam drum, it minimizes the feedwater's heat absorption on the heating surfaces, allowing substitution for some costly evaporative heating surfaces with an economical solution.
3. By elevating the feed water temperature before it enters the steam drum, an economizer efficiently reduces the wall temperature difference, consequently diminishing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the startup of a drum boiler, when the steam water pipeline is not adequately circulating, the economizer's water remains stagnant. As the flue gas temperature rises with intensified boiler combustion, the water in the economizer risks vaporizing, leading to overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is strategically connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and averting vaporization challenges.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer is primarily tasked with:
(1) Expertly capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, it effectively reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhances thermal efficiency, and conserves precious fuel resources.
(2) With the incorporation of economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is increased, reducing the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water, thereby diminishing thermal stress and significantly prolonging the drum's lifespan.
