The H-finned tube stands as the cornerstone of heat exchange within an entire exhaust gas boiler, delivering exceptional performance through its numerous advantages.
(1) Excellent wear resistance
The innovative design of the H-finned tube heat exchanger aligns the tubes methodically, with H fins creating multiple small areas. This arrangement promotes balanced air flow, achieving wear resistance that surpasses smooth tube exchangers with staggered layouts and spiral finned exchangers by 3 to 4 times under comparable conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, minimizing fouling on the back side. With an optimal wind speed, it exhibits an excellent self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed on each side of the H finned tube effectively handle soot, achieving optimal results when using a soot blower.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
H fins craft straight channels on both sides, while the spiral angle of spiral fins directs airflow.
