(1) Outstanding Wear Resistance
In a meticulously aligned arrangement, the H-finned tube heat exchanger divides its space into multiple small compartments, optimizing airflow distribution. Unlike staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers, under identical conditions, the wear life of H-finned tubes is notably extended by 3 to 4 times.
(2) Reduced Fouling
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The strategic staggered arrangement facilitates easy cleaning of the tube bundle, thereby reducing fouling on the backside.
