Our innovative soft regime technique (direct welding with side current) ensures that fins are symmetrically paired on the tube's opposite sides, forming a unique U-profile. This state-of-the-art design surpasses traditional contact surfaces, offering superior heat transfer efficiency, enhanced joint strength, and uniform fin distribution around the tube. Crafted through meticulous gradual rolling, the fins boast minimal internal stress, extending up to an impressive maximum length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is our standard material choice, we offer a spectrum of options including high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various grades of stainless steel such as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex, tailored to specific customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with customizable angles to meet unique specifications. Our seamless tubes match the material range of the fins, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). This precise production process allows us to deliver longitudinally finned tubes with tolerances as tight as ± 6 mm.
