Our advanced soft regime technique, utilizing direct welding with side current, guarantees exceptional efficiency. Fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, shaped in a revolutionary U-profile. This design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures a flawless, even distribution of fins around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, we minimize inner stress, achieving a superior profile with a maximum length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, our fins can also be customized from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels to meet specific requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. We utilize seamless tubes in materials ranging from carbon to duplex steels, adhering to ASTM, EN, and GOST standards. Our meticulous production process ensures longitudinally finned tubes are manufactured with precision tolerances of ± 6 mm.
