1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
The air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment utilizing ambient air to sweep across finned tubes, effectively cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids within. It's a critical component for temperature management in various industrial processes.
This self-contained unit features a compact design, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation per user preference. Its connectivity flexibility includes hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure via a valve, monitored by a pressure gauge on the water distribution system. For optimal performance, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed pre-use, and perform a self-circulation check by draining water through the distribution system's valve, preventing blockage and ensuring seamless operation.

1. Prolong the life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to cause scaling, requiring frequent cleaning. Scaling impacts the emission power and longevity of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking anode damage.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a highly efficient device strategically installed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to reclaim the waste heat from exhaust gases. It cleverly heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gases, this innovative appliance effectively reduces the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and boosts operational efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer'.
The steel tube economizer, known for its versatility, is not constrained by pressure and can be employed as a boiling type unit. Typically crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, these economizers sometimes incorporate fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The construction consists of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, also known as serpentine pipes.
Product advantages:
1. Impressively absorbs the residual heat of low-temperature flue gas, effectively reducing exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and achieving significant fuel savings.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it diminishes the heat absorption load on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute for some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. With the rise in feed water temperature entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is reduced, which in turn decreases thermal stress and extends the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's startup phase (drum boiler), due to the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline, the boiler feedwater remains stationary, causing water in the economizer to be non-flowing. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to local overheating. To avert this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring the water remains in motion and prevents vaporization.

The economizer is meticulously positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, and its primary functionalities are to:
(1) Capture and utilize the heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, enhancing boiler thermal efficiency, and optimizing fuel usage.
(2) Incorporating economizers increases the feed water temperature entering the drum, reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and the feed water. This innovation diminishes the drum's thermal stress, significantly enhancing its lifespan.
