1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps across the exterior of finned tubes, cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid inside.
This standalone, compact equipment can be ideally positioned indoors or outdoors. It connects easily to other machinery via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure monitored by a pressure gauge. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment valves are closed; post self-circulation, the water must be drained to prevent blockages and guarantee smooth performance.
Product advantages
1, Prolongs the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water can cause scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Scaling affects emission power and lifespan, and can severely damage electronic tube anodes.
2, Enhances electricity savings. For example, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit power consumption is about 8KW with ordinary water and drastically reduced to about 70W with distilled water.
3, Mitigates electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a DC current through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water reduces this rate significantly compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device installed at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue, masterfully engineered to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state using the steam drum's pressure, it ingeniously utilizes high-temperature flue gas heat, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures, conserving energy, and enhancing overall efficiency. This remarkable capability earns it the name, economizer.
The steel tube economizer, an epitome of resilience, remains unbound by pressure restrictions and can operate as a boiling type. Typically crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters of 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes features fins to amplify heat transfer efficiency. The design consists of horizontally arrayed, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately dubbed serpentine pipes.

1. Ingeniously absorbs waste heat from low-temperature flue gases, thus diminishing exhaust temperatures, minimizing fuel consumption, and maximizing energy savings.
2. Pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before its journey to the steam drum reduces the necessary heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to take the place of costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Elevating the feedwater temperature upon entry into the steam drum effectively reduces the wall temperature differential, consequently lowering thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the initial phases of a drum boiler's operation, the absence of circulation in its steam-water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater static, with water in the economizer similarly stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water risks vaporization, potentially overheating parts of the economizer. To prevent this, a supplementary pipeline links the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, creating a recirculation system that ensures consistent water flow, effectively preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures dwindle, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Capture the latent heat in the tail flue's low-temperature exhaust, significantly reducing exhaust temperatures for low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and optimizing fuel consumption.
(2) By adopting economizers, the water temperature entering the drum rises, narrowing the temperature gap between the drum wall and feedwater, mitigating thermal stress, and prolonging the drum's durability.
