Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that leverages ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within.
Designed for versatility, this standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, adaptable for both indoor and outdoor installations per user need. Connection to systems is seamless, utilizing hoses or steel pipes. The system allows precise water pressure adjustments via a valve, with real-time pressure displayed on its gauge. To ensure optimal operation, all cutoff valves should remain closed prior to use; post self-circulation, draining should be conducted to prevent debris-induced blockages.

1. Enhancing the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water tends to scale, requiring consistent cleaning. Daily scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, and severe cases might burn through the electronic tube's anode.
2. Electricity saving: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, using distilled water reduces anode water circuit power consumption from 8KW to approximately 70W under DC high voltage.
3. Minimizing electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage results in direct current through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate of regular water surpasses distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer, ingeniously positioned at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, recaptures waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under steam drum pressure, it efficiently absorbs heat from high-temperature flue gases. This process not only reduces the flue gas exhaust temperature but also significantly saves energy and enhances operational efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer'.
The steel tube economizer, adaptable to various pressures, can function as a boiling type. Crafted typically from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it may feature fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. The design incorporates horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, also known as serpentine pipes, offering optimal heat recovery.

Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently absorbs the heat from low-temperature flue gases, resulting in reduced exhaust temperatures, minimized energy losses, and significant fuel savings.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer, the heat absorption requirement from the heating surface decreases. This allows for substituting some costly evaporative heating surfaces with the economizer, optimizing cost-efficiency.
3. Elevating the feed water temperature before entry into the steam drum reduces wall temperature disparities, thus decreasing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.

Product Usage:
During boiler start-up, especially in drum boilers lacking circulation in the steam water pipeline, feedwater remains stagnant, leading to potential vaporization in the economizer. This can cause localized overheating. To prevent this, a supplementary recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's central drainage to the economizer inlet, ensuring water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically placed at the boiler's tail with lower flue gas temperatures, the economizer's primary functions include:
(1) Harnessing heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, the economizer lowers exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel resources.
(2) The use of economizers raises the water temperature entering the drum, diminishing the temperature variance between the drum wall and feed water. This reduction in thermal stress extends the drum's operational life.
