1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated device utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium. It efficiently circulates around a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature fluid within the tube.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, adaptable for both indoor and outdoor placement as per user requirements. Connectivity options include hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed via a pressure gauge. Before operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are secured. Self-circulation allows drainage through the water distribution package's valve, preventing debris and ensuring smooth operation.

1. Enhancing the longevity of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment: Ordinary water tends to scale, requiring regular cleaning. Daily scaling impacts emission power and lifespan, risking anode damage.
2. Energy efficiency: For 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption is drastically reduced from 8KW with ordinary water to approximately 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a direct current through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion. Distilled water significantly reduces this rate compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler, designed to harness and utilize the waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure, the economizer significantly reduces the exhaust gas temperature, conserves energy, and enhances overall efficiency. This process not only reflects energy savings but also improves the operational efficiency of the system, thus earning the name 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer is an exceptionally versatile component, designed to operate without pressure limitations and suitable for use as a boiling type. Constructed from robust carbon steel pipes, typically with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers often incorporate fins to augment heat transfer efficiency. They comprise horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly known as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal heat exchange performance.
Product advantages:
1. Efficiently absorbs low-temperature flue gas heat, significantly reducing exhaust temperature and minimizing exhaust losses, thus conserving fuel resources.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface is reduced. This allows the economizer to replace some of the more expensive evaporative heating surfaces, translating into cost efficiency and resource optimization.
3. As the temperature of the feedwater rises before entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is correspondingly lowered, which reduces thermal stress and prolongs the service life of the steam drum.
Product Usage:
During the initial start-up phase of the boiler (drum boiler), due to the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant, causing the water in the economizer to be in a non-flowing state. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer risks vaporization, leading to potential overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring water flow and preventing vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower. Its primary functions are to:
(1) Efficiently capture heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, reducing the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and saving valuable fuel resources.
(2) The use of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, which reduces the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feed water, thereby mitigating thermal stress and extending the drum's service life.
