This advanced design not only elevates heat transfer but also dramatically enhances joint strength and delivers an impeccably even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins, meticulously shaped by gradual rolling, exhibit minimal internal stress, guaranteeing maximum profile lengths of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is the standard due to its exceptional heat transfer capabilities, we accommodate custom requests, offering fins in high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range between 5 and 32 mm, tailored meticulously to customer specifications. Seamless tubes match fin materials, encompassing carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), with production precision yielding longitudinally finned tubes within tolerances of ± 6 mm.
