1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping around a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside, ensuring optimal performance.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, offering flexible placement indoors or outdoors. It connects seamlessly to other equipment using hoses or steel pipes, with water pressure adjustable via a valve, monitored by a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to use, all cut-off valves must be closed, and post self-circulation, water should be drained using the drain valve to prevent blockages and ensure smooth operation.

1. Extend the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water scaling affects emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking anode damage. Our solution prevents scaling, ensuring longevity and efficiency.
2. Energy-efficient operation: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, power usage drops dramatically from about 8KW with ordinary water to approximately 70W when using distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage-induced corrosion is significantly reduced, with distilled water offering over 100 times less corrosion than ordinary water, protecting the electronic tube water jackets.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously positioned at the lower tail flue of a boiler to reclaim valuable waste heat from the exhaust gas. This innovative device efficiently heats the boiler feedwater to a saturated state, using the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing the heat from high-temperature flue gas, it effectively lowers the flue gas's exhaust temperature, resulting in substantial energy savings and enhanced efficiency. This remarkable capability earns it the name 'economizer'.
The steel tube economizer, a marvel of engineering, operates without pressure constraints and can function as a boiling type. Crafted typically from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it occasionally features fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. Designed with parallel, horizontally arranged elbow pipes, affectionately nicknamed serpentine pipes, it exemplifies efficiency in heat recovery.

Product advantages:
1. Efficiently captures the heat from low-temperature flue gas, significantly lowering exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and delivering notable fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater within the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, it decreases the heat absorption demand on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of the feedwater rises, the reduced wall temperature difference upon entering the steam drum leads to diminished thermal stress, thus extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline leads to a static boiler feedwater state. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, there's a risk of vaporization within the economizer, resulting in localized overheating. To counteract this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet, creating a recirculation system that maintains water flow and prevents vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type
Ingeniously positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's core function is to:
(1) Capture heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, thereby reducing exhaust temperature in low parameter boilers, enhancing boiler thermal efficiency, and achieving significant fuel savings.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, diminishing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water, thereby alleviating thermal stress on the drum and bolstering its longevity.
