1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids contained within.
This independent unit boasts a compact footprint, offering flexible placement indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. Connectivity to equipment is facilitated via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments can be smoothly managed using the valve, with real-time monitoring displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment should be securely closed. Post self-circulation, water should be drained via the drain valve to prevent debris-related blockages, ensuring seamless equipment functionality.

1. Prolong the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water often leads to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Such scaling can diminish emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2. Conserve electricity: For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, regular water results in an 8KW power consumption for the anode water circuit, compared to a mere 70W when utilizing distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage generates direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate of regular water exceeds that of distilled water by over 100 times.

Product Description:

In the initial phase of boiler operation (drum boiler), a lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline can leave boiler feedwater stagnant, risking vaporization as flue gas temperature rises. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline is installed, ensuring continuous water flow within the economizer to prevent overheating and vaporization, maintaining system integrity.

Ingeniously positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures dip lower, the economizer serves a pivotal role in:
