(1) Excellent wear resistance

Expertly arranged in-line, the H-finned tube heat exchanger transforms spaces into finely balanced air channels. This setup significantly outperforms smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts or spiral finned alternatives. Under identical conditions, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life that extends 3 to 4 times longer.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of tubes. However, the intelligent design of the H-finned tube mitigates this issue. The ingenious staggered arrangement of the tubes facilitates effective flushing of the tube bundle, ensuring minimal fouling on the back side. Optimized for self-cleaning, it maintains high performance even at optimal wind speeds. The straight channels formed on both sides offer optimal soot performance, especially when coupled with a soot blower.

(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
