Expertly crafted with precision, our finned tubes are formed from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure impeccable quality and performance.

Our innovative soft regime method utilizes direct welding with side current, while fins are always welded in pairs, opposing each other on the tube. Featuring a U-profile shape, this configuration enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures even fin distribution. Gradual rolling shapes the fins, minimizing internal stress and achieving a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically manufactured from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, we also offer customization according to client specifications, including options like high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes are crafted from a similar material range (ASTM, EN, GOST) to match the fins, guaranteeing precise manufacturing tolerances of ± 6 mm.

From a single piece to large-scale production, we offer flexibility in manufacturing quantities. The tubes can be delivered straight or U-bent, and we provide complete equipment solutions.
