1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, expertly sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within, ensuring operational excellence.
This compact, independent equipment can be conveniently placed indoors or outdoors per user requirements, connecting effortlessly to equipment via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is precisely adjustable via a valve, displayed on the water distribution package gauge. Prior to use, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the package's drain valve to prevent debris-induced blockages, securing seamless operation.
Product advantages
1, Enhance the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Daily scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2, Conserve electricity. For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption is approximately 8KW for ordinary water but only about 70W with distilled water.
3, Mitigate electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a current to ground via water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Ordinary water's corrosion rate exceeds that of distilled water by over 100 times.

Product Description:
Introducing the economizer, a remarkable device strategically positioned at the lower end of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary function is to recuperate the lost heat from exhaust gases, efficiently heating boiler feedwater to a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing high-temperature flue gas, it effectively lowers exhaust temperatures, ensuring significant energy savings and boosting overall efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
Our robust steel tube economizer, crafted from carbon steel pipes with a diameter of 32-51 millimeters, breaks free from pressure limitations and can be utilized as a boiling type. For enhanced heat transfer, fins may be added to the tubes. This economizer's construction features horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, popularly referred to as serpentine pipes.
Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently harnesses low-temperature flue gas heat to lower exhaust temperatures, minimize loss, and conserve precious fuel resources.
2. Preheating feedwater in the economizer reduces the heat absorption of this water on expensive evaporative heating surfaces, allowing economizer use to optimize cost-efficiency.
3. Elevates feedwater temperature pre-entry into the steam drum, minimizing wall temperature differences and thermal stress, thereby extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up (drum boiler), without circulation in the steam water pipeline, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant in the economizer. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water may vaporize, risking overheating the economizer's local parts. Combat this by integrating a recirculation pipeline connecting the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring a flowing water state, thus preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Cleverly positioned at the boiler's tail with reduced flue gas temperature, the economizer's principal roles include:
(1) Skillfully capturing heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, augmenting thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Incorporation of economizers raises water temperature entering the drum, diminishing temperature differentials and thermal stress on the drum walls, ultimately prolonging the drum's lifespan.
