Our innovative soft regime approach employs direct welding with side current, ensuring fins are consistently welded in pairs, perfectly aligned on opposite sides of the tube. The unique U-profile fin design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures even fin distribution. Precision-shaped through gradual rolling, our fins boast minimal internal stress and can reach lengths of up to 7 meters. Primarily made from carbon steel for superior heat conduction, they can also be customized using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels upon request. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes mirror the fins in material range, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our cutting-edge production methods guarantee manufacturing within tight tolerances of ± 6 mm.
