(1) Excellent wear resistance
The H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in a line formation. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into numerous small areas, effectively equalizing airflow. Compared to the traditional smooth tube heat exchanger with staggered arrangements and other variants like the spiral finned heat exchanger, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times higher under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With a staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, resulting in significantly less fouling at the back side.
