The H-finned tube stands as the pivotal heat exchange element within the entire exhaust gas boiler system. This cutting-edge component offers several remarkable advantages that enhance its performance and efficiency.

(1) Excellent wear resistance

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in a line formation. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into numerous small areas, effectively equalizing airflow. Compared to the traditional smooth tube heat exchanger with staggered arrangements and other variants like the spiral finned heat exchanger, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times higher under identical conditions.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With a staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, resulting in significantly less fouling at the back side. Boasting an impressive self-cleaning function at optimal wind speeds, the H-finned tube maintains remarkable cleanliness. Straight channels form on both sides of the H-finned tube, allowing for effective soot removal with the use of a soot blower, achieving the best cleaning results.

(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas

The straight channels formed by the H fins, combined with the spiral angle of spiral fins, adeptly guide airflow, reducing the tendency for fouling and minimizing flue resistance more effectively than other fin types.
