1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
This air cooler is designed to utilize ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids with unparalleled efficiency.
Compact and independent, this equipment boasts a small footprint and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors as required. With adjustable water pressure and easy connections via hoses or steel pipes, it ensures seamless integration. Before operation, all cut-off valves must be closed to ensure debris-free usage and prevent blockages.

Product advantages
1, Enhance the service life of electronic tubes: Scaling from ordinary water demands frequent cleaning, impacting emission power and lifespan. Severe scaling can even burn through the anode of electronic tubes.
2, Economical electricity savings: For 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit power consumption with ordinary water is about 8KW, compared to a mere 70W with distilled water.
3, Minimize electrolytic corrosion: The high anode voltage creates a direct current path through water, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. With distilled water, the corrosion rate is significantly reduced compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer: Equipped with state-of-the-art technology to maximize heat recovery and energy savings.
Product Description:
An economizer is a smartly engineered device positioned at the lower segment of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary role is to recover waste heat from exhaust gases, thereby heating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing high-temperature flue gas heat, it efficiently lowers the exhaust gas temperature, conserving energy, and enhancing overall operational efficiency, rightfully earning its name as an economizer.
Our steel tube economizer, unrestricted by pressure, adapts as a boiling type. Constructed typically from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging between 32-51 millimeters, it can include fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. This configuration consists of horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, effectively optimizing heat exchange.

Product Advantages:
1. By absorbing low-temperature flue gas heat, it effectively decreases exhaust temperatures, minimizes energy loss, and conserves fuel, substantially reducing overall fuel consumption.
2. Pre-heating feedwater in the economizer limits its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing for the economizer to replace costly evaporative heating surfaces, enhancing cost-effectiveness.
3. Raising feed water temperature before it enters the steam drum reduces the wall temperature differential, subsequently lessening thermal stress and prolonging the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During boiler startup (drum boiler), with stagnant boiler feedwater, the economizer's water remains non-flowing. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer can vaporize, risking local overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer, enabling water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer, placed in the cooler tail section of the boiler, primarily serves to:
(1) Capture the low-temperature flue gas heat in the tail flue, reducing exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, boosting thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Utilizing economizers elevates water temperature entering the drum, diminishing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feedwater, thereby reducing thermal stress and extending the drum's lifespan.
