This innovative design outperforms traditional contact surface shapes by enhancing heat transfer efficiency, fortifying joint strength, and ensuring uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are expertly shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress in the final profile. This advanced technique allows for a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Our versatile fins, typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, can also be crafted from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, customized to your specific needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes match the fin material range, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production method guarantees longitudinally finned tubes within ± 6 mm tolerances, tailored to perfection.
