(1) Excellent wear resistance
Expertly arranged in line, the H finned tube heat exchanger divides space into smaller regions, thereby ensuring a balanced airflow. Unlike staggered smooth tube heat exchangers or spiral finned versions, under similar conditions, this design boasts a wear life that is three to four times longer.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered arrangement of the tube, it becomes easier to flush the tube bundle, leading to reduced fouling on the reverse side. It efficiently self-cleans at optimal wind speeds, minimizing maintenance concerns. The H finned tube features alignments that create straight channels, allowing for effective soot removal when using a soot blower.
