Experience the pinnacle of precision with our Longitudinal Finned Tubes, expertly crafted using the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221/RSEW). Constructed from premium carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, these tubes ensure unmatched durability and performance.

Our innovative soft regime welding technology (direct welding with side current) guarantees peak performance by welding fins in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The U-profile design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures an even fin distribution around the tube. This advanced method involves gradual rolling, reducing inner stress and enabling a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, fins can also be customized from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Base tubes, seamlessly made from the same durable materials, allow us to deliver longitudinally finned tubes with precision tolerance of ±6 mm.
