Product Detail
Internally finned tube is mainly used in nuclear power, pharmaceuticals, edible oil refining, petroleum, chemical industry, hydraulic, energy-saving transformation, environmental engineering and other fields, with heat exchange function.
The advantages are reflected in high heat exchange efficiency, sufficient heat exchange, stable quality, small volume, and low resistance.
Mainly suitable for use in gas-liquid exchange, mixed gas condensation, post cooling treatment of compressor gas, gas heating and other fields. The effects of evaporation, condensation, purification and crystallization, solvent recovery, and tail gas recovery are particularly significant, and are highly praised and trusted by users.
This condensing tube can be made of 304, 316L stainless steel, pure copper, etc., and can be customized with a heat exchange area of less than 1 square to 2000 square meters.

EXTRUDED FIN TUBE (BIMETALLIC FIN TUBE)
EXTRUDED FINNED TUBE----This fin type is formed from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminium outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material.

The Extruded Fin Tube also known as Bimetallic Fin Tube is one of the most preferred finning processes for various applications.
 
The fins are manufactured by Extruding the Fins on the Aluminum Muff Tube which is made to Fit with close tolerance over the Base Tube.
 
The Extrusion takes place on a Continuous Fin Extruder with Three Tooling rolls and extrusion takes place at high pressures in the range of 1200 psi. Because of the cold working process the Bond between the Tube and fin is flawless and hence gives excellent Heat Transfer Efficiency. At the same time the mechanical strength of the fins is also enhanced drastically.
 
These Fin Tubes find application in AIR FIN COOLERS, DRIERS, RADIATORS etc and are preferred in Industries like Food and Agriculture, Power Plants, Chemical Industries, Steel Plants, and Chiller Plants etc.

HFW Serrated Finned Tubes is short for High Frequency Welded Helical Spiral Serrated Finned Tubes.

Helical serrated finned tubes, serrated fins cut from a metal strip and then helically wound around the tubes.
 
The important features of this configuration are Efficiency, effective bond of fins to tubes under all conditions of temperature and pressure, and ability to withstand high fin side temperatures. This serrated fin configuration is even better to withstand the fin fouling if that is a problem in the application. This gives better heat transfer properties compared to solid fins.

The welding bond between the Tube and The Fin also ensures that almost perfect heat Transfer Efficiency is achieved. Also it can give the highest operating temperature ranges.
