The H finned tube heat exchanger, strategically arranged in-line, features H fins that partition the space into numerous smaller sections, thereby regulating air flow. In comparison to smooth tube exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned exchangers, the H-finned tube demonstrates a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered configuration facilitates the cleansing of tube bundles, significantly reducing fouling on the backside.
