1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a cutting-edge piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps past a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within.
This standalone system boasts a compact footprint, adaptable for indoor or outdoor installation per user requirements. It seamlessly connects to equipment using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are possible via the valve, monitored by the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment must be closed. Post self-circulation, drain the water using the drain valve beneath the water distribution package to prevent debris blockages.

Product advantages
1. Extends the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Routine scaling affects emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, potentially leading to anode burn-through in severe cases.
2. Electricity savings: For instance, the power consumption of a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube's anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage is about 8KW with ordinary water, compared to a mere 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion: The high anode voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Ordinary water's corrosion rate exceeds that of distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously placed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to reclaim waste heat from the exhaust gases. It efficiently warms the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from the high-temperature flue gas, it significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and boosts efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
Our steel tube economizer, unconstrained by pressure, is adaptable for use as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, they may feature added fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. These economizers consist of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

Product Advantages:
1. Harness the heat from low-temperature flue gases to lower exhaust temperatures, effectively reducing exhaust losses and conserving fuel in an eco-friendly manner.
2. Pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum reduces its heat absorption on the heating surface, enabling the replacement of costly evaporative heating surfaces with a more economical solution.
3. With increased feed water temperature entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is minimized, significantly reducing thermal stress and extending the service life of the steam drum.

Product Usage:
During the initial stages of boiler start-up (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer can vaporize, leading to overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring a continuous water flow and avoiding vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically placed at the tail of the boiler where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer is designed to:
(1) Absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures, enhancing boiler thermal efficiency, and saving fuel, providing an economically sound investment.
(2) By elevating the water temperature entering the drum, the economizer minimizes the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water, reducing thermal stress and extending drum lifespan significantly.
