Our Longitudinal Finned Tubes boast exceptional precision, crafted meticulously from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the innovative resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes offer unparalleled durability and performance.

 

Harnessing a soft regime for direct welding with side current, our fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposing sides, embodying a U-profile shape. This advanced design not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies joint strength while ensuring uniform fin distribution around the tube circumference. Gradual rolling shapes the fins, minimizing inner stress and enabling a maximum length of an impressive 7 meters. Our fins primarily use carbon steel for superior heat transfer, but they can be tailored from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and other specialty steels as per customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable to client specifications. Seamless tubes are available in a broad material spectrum, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensuring precision manufacturing within a tolerance of ± 6 mm.
