The boiler's heat transfer tube employs the innovative H-shaped fin tubes. This design involves welding two steel pieces with arcs symmetrically onto the raw tube, transforming it into a finned structure resembling the letter 'H'. Hence, it is aptly named the H-finned tube. The H-finned tube features rectangular fins, nearly square in shape, with lengths about twice the tube's diameter, offering an extended surface for enhanced heating. The H-finned tube is also available as a 'double H' finned tube, featuring a dual-tube configuration. Its robust structure ensures excellent rigidity, making it ideal for longer tube rows.

The H fin tube is adept at capturing and recycling waste heat from gas in power station boilers, industrial boilers, kilns, ship power plants, and more, significantly enhancing fuel efficiency. The heat exchange element is strategically situated at the system flue's tail.
