The strategic in-line arrangement of the H finned tube heat exchanger ingeniously sections the space into numerous small channels. This configuration adeptly equalizes the airflow, offering a stark contrast to the staggered arrangement of smooth tube heat exchangers or spiral finned heat exchangers. Under identical conditions, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life that is impressively 3 to 4 times higher.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling primarily forms on the dorsal and windward sides of tubes. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates effortless flushing of the tube bundle, significantly reducing fouling on the backside. An optimal wind speed endows it with an excellent self-cleaning capability. The straight channels formed on either side of the H-finned tube ensure maximum soot removal efficiency when utilizing a soot blower.
