Product Description
Our air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the outside of a finned tube, cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid within.
Compact and versatile, it can be installed indoors or outdoors, tailored to user requirements. Connection is made easy with hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable via a valve, displayed on the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are sealed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve to prevent debris blockage, ensuring optimal operation.

1. Prolong the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment). Regular water scaling can reduce emission power and lifespan, with risks of anode burn-through under severe conditions. Our solution minimizes such risks.
2. Significant electricity savings. For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, distilled water reduces anode water circuit power consumption from 8KW to approximately 70W.
3. Mitigate electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage induces direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Our solution drastically reduces this rate compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously designed as a device positioned at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, with the primary purpose of reclaiming the waste heat from exhaust gases. It masterfully transforms the boiler feedwater into saturated water by utilizing the heat from high-temperature flue gas, under the steam drum's pressure. This innovative process successfully reduces the exhaust temperature, enhances energy efficiency, and significantly saves energy, aptly earning it the name 'economizer.'
This robust steel tube economizer stands out with its ability to operate independently of pressure constraints, often employed as a boiling type. Crafted typically from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes features fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. Characterized by horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, also affectionately known as serpentine pipes, it showcases extraordinary design and performance.

1. Ingeniously absorbs the heat of low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering the exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and delivering impressive fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the heating surface's heat absorption demands, allowing for the economical replacement of some costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of the feedwater rises, the wall temperature difference upon entering the steam drum decreases, effectively reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the initial phase of boiler start-up (particularly with drum boilers), the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the stagnant water in the economizer risks vaporization, potentially leading to overheating. To circumvent this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet is recommended, ensuring a continuous flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the cooler end of the boiler, the economizer plays a crucial role in:
(1) Skillfully absorbs heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers. This not only enhances the boiler's thermal efficiency but also significantly conserves fuel.
(2) By integrating economizers, the temperature of water entering the drum is increased, which in turn reduces the thermal stress and temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water, thereby enhancing the drum's lifespan and reliability.
