1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler employs ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to either cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This independent equipment boasts a compact design, allowing for flexible installation indoors or outdoors based on user needs. Connections to other equipment can be facilitated using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are conveniently displayed on a gauge located on the water distribution package, ensuring seamless operation. Prior to use, all cut-off valves on high-frequency equipment should be securely closed. Post self-circulation, water must be drained via the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris accumulation and potential blockages.

1. Enhance the service life of electronic tubes used in high-frequency equipment: Ordinary water tends to cause scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. Daily scaling impacts the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, risking severe damage such as anode burn-through.
2. Achieve significant electricity savings. For instance, in a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, power consumption for the anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, contrasted with only 70W when using distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage establishes a direct current to the ground via water resistance, inducing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The electrolytic corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times greater than with distilled water.

2. Air heat exchanger/Radiator
A specialized heat exchanger employed to cool or heat forcibly flowing air, utilizing water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil as the medium. It is imperative to select the appropriate model of heat exchanger based on actual working conditions.
Air heat exchangers can be categorized into air heaters and air coolers.
The versatile air heater offers an array of heating solutions, including electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating, among others.
3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler. It expertly recovers the immense waste heat from the exhaust gas, transforming it to heat the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing this heat from the high-temperature flue gas, it significantly lowers the flue gas exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and boosts overall efficiency. Hence, it rightfully earns the name 'economizer.'
The robust steel tube economizer is remarkably versatile, unconfined by pressure, and suitable for boiling applications. Crafted typically from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers sometimes feature additional fins to elevate heat transfer efficiency. The construction consists of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. Efficiently absorbs the latent heat of low-temperature flue gas to lower exhaust temperatures, thereby reducing exhaust losses and conserving fuel.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before its entry into the steam drum, the demand on the heating surface's heat absorption is diminished. This allows the economizer to partially substitute more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feed water temperature increases, it enters the steam drum with a minimized wall temperature difference, effectively reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's startup process (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in its steam-water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer risks vaporization, leading parts of it to overheat. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is introduced from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water remains flowing and vaporization-free.

The economizer, strategically arranged at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, primarily serves to:
(1) Capture the heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and saving fuel.
(2) With economizers, water temperature entering the drum is increased, thereby minimizing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water. This reduction in thermal stress aids in prolonging the drum's lifespan.
