The H-finned tube serves as the primary heat exchange component within the entire exhaust gas boiler system. It boasts several remarkable advantages that set it apart.
(1) Excellent wear resistance
Ingeniously designed, the H finned tube heat exchanger is arranged in a linear fashion. The H fins divide the space into several small sections, effectively equalizing airflow. Compared to traditional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements or spiral finned counterparts, this design significantly enhances wear life, making it 3 to 4 times more durable under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, resulting in minimal fouling on the backside.
