An air cooler is an essential piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium. It operates by sweeping the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within, making it indispensable for industrial cooling.
This independent equipment is compact, requiring minimal space and can be installed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. It connects seamlessly to equipment using hoses or steel pipes. Adjustable water pressure, displayed on the pressure gauge, ensures optimal performance, while proper valve operation prevents blockages and maintains smooth functionality.

This energy-saving process enhances efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer' for its superb resource conservation.
Our steel tube economizer operates without pressure limitations and can function as a boiling type. Crafted typically from robust carbon steel pipes with outer diameters of 32-51 millimeters, it's designed for superior performance. To enhance heat transfer efficiency, fins and fins may be added. Comprising horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, familiarly known as serpentine pipes, our economizer is engineered for optimal thermal conduction.

During boiler start-up, especially in drum boilers, the absence of circulation in the steam-water pipeline can lead to the water in the economizer remaining stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water risks vaporization, potentially overheating the economizer. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet is installed. This ensures a continuous water flow within the economizer, mitigating vaporization risks.

The economizer is strategically placed at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower. Its primary functions are:
