1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium. It sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluids within. This versatile equipment stands alone with minimal space requirements, adaptable for indoor or outdoor installations as per user preference.
It is a self-contained unit that requires only a small footprint, offering the flexibility to be placed either indoors or outdoors, per user specifications. Connected via hoses or steel pipes, the system features adjustable water pressure through a valve, with a pressure gauge display for monitoring. Before operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Following self-circulation, drain any residual water using the drain valve to prevent debris blockages, safeguarding uninterrupted performance.

1. Enhance the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2. Achieve significant energy savings. For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic equipment, anode water circuit power consumption is approximately 8KW with regular water, compared to a mere 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a direct current through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water reduces this corrosion rate by over 100 times compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device strategically positioned at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue, designed to capture and recycle waste heat from exhaust gases. It efficiently heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing the thermal energy from high-temperature flue gases, it notably decreases the exhaust temperature, significantly conserving energy and boosting efficiency. Thus, it rightly earns the name, economizer.
Our steel tube economizer stands out with its adaptability to varying pressure levels and its potential use as a boiling type. Typically crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with an external diameter ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it may also feature additional fins to elevate heat transfer performance. This economizer boasts an intricate design of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring superior functionality.

1. Efficiently captures heat from low-temperature flue gas, significantly lowering exhaust temperatures, minimizing exhaust losses, and maximizing fuel conservation.
2. As feedwater is pre-heated in the economizer before reaching the steam drum, it requires less heat on the main heating surface, thereby allowing the economizer to substitute for more expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. By elevating the temperature of the feedwater before it enters the steam drum, the temperature differential across the drum wall is minimized, subsequently reducing thermal stress. This advancement prolongs the operational lifespan of the steam drum.

Product Usage:
During the crucial start-up phase of a drum boiler, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant due to the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the water within the economizer risks vaporization, leading to potential overheating. To circumvent this, a dedicated pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow. This strategic measure effectively prevents vaporization and maintains optimal conditions within the economizer.

Production process: finned tube type
The economizer is strategically placed at the boiler's tail, where the flue gas temperature is lower, with its primary role being to:
(1) Absorb the residual heat from the tail flue's low-temperature flue gas, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of low-parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and ensuring fuel savings.
(2) The integration of economizers elevates the temperature of water entering the drum, diminishing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water. This process reduces thermal stress on the drum, extending its durability.
