1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently cools or condenses high-temperature process fluids within a finned tube by sweeping the tube's exterior with air.
This compact, standalone unit is versatile enough to be installed indoors or outdoors as per user specifications. It connects seamlessly with existing systems using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are easily managed via a valve, with real-time monitoring through a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are securely closed. Post self-circulation, drain the water via the drain valve to eliminate debris, preventing blockages and ensuring smooth function.

Product Advantages
1. Enhance the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Scaling not only affects emission power but also significantly shortens the lifespan of electronic tubes. Severe scaling can even burn through the anode.
2. Energy Efficient: For a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, ordinary water results in approximately 8KW of power loss through the anode water circuit under DC high voltage, whereas distilled water reduces this to a mere 70W.
3. Minimize Electrolytic Corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The electrolytic corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that with distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically positioned at the lower tail flue of a boiler, expertly engineered to harness the waste heat from exhaust gases. It efficiently channels this heat to warm the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By seizing the heat from high-temperature flue gases, it effectively lowers exhaust gas temperatures, conserves energy, and amplifies boiler efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The robust steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations, adaptable even as a boiling type. Predominantly composed of durable carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes features fins to enhance heat transfer efficacy. This economizer is a masterful assembly of horizontally arranged, parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring superior performance.

1. Ingeniously captures low-temperature flue gas heat, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures, diminishing exhaust losses, and achieving remarkable fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the heat absorption demand on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to replace some costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Elevating the feedwater temperature before entering the steam drum minimizes the wall temperature differential, lessens thermal stress, and extends the steam drum's lifespan.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), when the steam water pipeline lacks circulation, the feedwater remains stagnant, leaving water in the economizer non-flowing. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer might vaporize, risking local overheating. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, ensuring a constant water flow that prevents vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type
Strategically positioned at the cooler tail of the boiler, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Capture the heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, lowering exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, boosting boiler thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Elevate the water temperature entering the drum, reducing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water, thereby diminishing drum thermal stress and prolonging its operational life.
