(1) Superior wear resistance
The H-finned tube heat exchanger boasts an inline arrangement, where the H fins ingeniously divide the space into multiple small zones. This design fosters uniform air flow, significantly enhancing wear resistance and surpassing smooth tube and spiral finned heat exchangers by 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.
(2) Minimized fouling
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube, posing a common operational challenge. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates effective flushing of the tube bundles, reducing fouling on the back side. With an optimal wind speed, these tubes exhibit an impressive self-cleaning capability.
