1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
Our air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the outer surface of a finned tube to effectively cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within.
Designed as a compact and independent unit with minimal space requirements, it can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors as per user preferences. Connection to other equipment is facilitated using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure indicated on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. After the self-circulation process, the integrated drain valve allows for efficient drainage, preventing debris-related blockages during use.

1. Enhancing the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water usage leads to scaling, impacting emission power and lifespan. Our solution minimizes scaling, protecting the electronic tube's anode from potential damage.
2. Energy Efficiency: For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power consumption in the anode water circuit is approximately 8KW with regular water and significantly reduced to just 70W with distilled water.
3. Mitigating Electrolytic Corrosion: Anode high voltage induces a direct current through water resistance to the ground. Using our solution, the electrolytic corrosion rate at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets is drastically reduced, over 100 times less than regular water.

This sophisticated heat exchanger is designed to efficiently cool or heat forcibly flowing air, utilizing water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil as the medium. Selection of different models depends on the specific working conditions to ensure optimal performance.
Air heat exchanger can be divided into air heater and air cooler.
Our air heater offers versatile forms to meet diverse heating needs, including electric heating for precision control, steam heating for robust performance, and oil heating for high efficiency.
3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, skillfully designed to reclaim the waste heat from exhaust gases. It elevates the temperature of the boiler feedwater to a saturated state by leveraging the steam drum's pressure. By capturing heat from high-temperature flue gases, the economizer effectively diminishes exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and enhances overall efficiency - earning its name, the economizer.
Crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, the steel tube economizer is a versatile solution for boiling applications, unrestricted by pressure constraints. For optimized heat transfer, fins may be added, transforming it into a highly efficient heating system. This ingenious component comprises horizontally arranged, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately termed 'serpentine pipes.'
Product Advantages:
1. Optimize energy usage by harnessing the heat from low-temperature flue gases, reducing exhaust temperature, minimizing losses, and significantly conserving fuel.
2. Pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer prior to entering the steam drum decreases heat absorption requirements on the heating surface, offering an economical alternative to costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. By elevating the feedwater temperature before it enters the steam drum, economizers alleviate wall temperature differences, thus reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's longevity.
Product Usage:
In the initial phase of boiler operations (particularly drum boilers), the absence of circulation in the steam-water pipeline may cause the feedwater to stagnate. Consequently, the water within the economizer may remain static. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, this can lead to vaporization and overheating in parts of the economizer. To prevent this, an additional pipeline connects from the steam drum's drainage system to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculating pathway that keeps the water in motion and prevents vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer is engineered to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases within the tail flue, reducing exhaust temperatures of low-parameter boilers, boosting thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Increase the temperature of water entering the drum, reduce the temperature variance between the drum wall and feedwater, thereby lessening thermal stress and enhancing the drum's lifespan.
