The H-finned tube serves as the cornerstone for heat exchange in modern exhaust gas boilers. Its design and engineering offer several remarkable advantages.

(1) Excellent wear resistance

Engineered with precision, the H-finned tube heat exchanger showcases an aligned arrangement where the innovative H fins divide space into smaller, controlled zones. This configuration ensures an even airflow distribution, significantly enhancing wear resistance—up to 3-4 times more durable than the conventional staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers.

(2) Fouling reduced

Traditionally, fouling accumulates on the dorsal and windward sides of tubes. The finely-tuned staggered tube design facilitates easy cleaning, keeping fouling at bay, especially at the backside. Offers an impressive self-cleaning capability when operated at optimal wind speeds. Straight channels sculpted along the H-finned tube efficiently manage soot, optimizing soot extraction when paired with a soot blower.

(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas

The H fins sculpt straight channels beside them, unlike spiral fins that redirect airflow and increase flue resistance. H fins are less prone to fouling and offer lower resistance.
