Our method not only extends the maximum profile length to an impressive 7 meters but also allows for versatile material choices, from carbon steel for exceptional heat transfer, to high-strength variants like Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, tailored to customer needs. Fin heights range from 5 mm to an impressive 32 mm, with customizable angles to meet specified requirements. Seamless tubes are crafted from a spectrum of materials, aligning with ASTM, EN, GOST standards, ensuring longitudinally finned tubes are manufactured within precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
