Our longitudinal finned tubes boast impeccable precision, crafted from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are engineered for excellence.

Embracing a gentle welding regime, we employ direct welding with side current, ensuring durability and performance. The U-profile fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and joint strength. This innovative shape ensures an even fin distribution, significantly boosting the structural integrity of each tube. Crafted through progressive rolling, the fins exhibit minimal internal stress, allowing for lengths up to 7 meters. While typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat conveyance, our fins can be custom-made from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels based on client specifications. Fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to customer needs. Seamless tubes mirror this material diversity, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production process allows us to achieve longitudinally finned tubes within precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
