Crafted with unparalleled precision, our finned tubes are expertly formed from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Employing the cutting-edge resistance welding with overlap method (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are designed for superior performance.

Utilizing a soft regime of direct welding, each pair of fins is seamlessly affixed on opposite sides of the tube, boasting a distinct U-profile for optimized heat transfer. This innovative design not only enhances the joint's strength but also ensures a flawless and even distribution along the tube's circumference. The fins are meticulously shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and allowing for an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for excellent thermal conductivity, we offer customization to meet specific customer requirements, using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, or even austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. The fins’ height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, tailored precisely to customer specifications. The seamless tubes, matching the material range of the fins from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are manufactured to precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
