The KL fin is also known as the knurled L fin. This finned tube mirrors the Wrap-On fin closely, crafted using an integration of both Wrap-On and Embedded techniques. The fins are meticulously manufactured from strips shaped into an L configuration, akin to the L type, then skillfully rolled into a taper, naturally curling. Subsequently, it is helically wound onto the tube in an uninterrupted loop under precise tension. The fin embraces the tube with a snug fit. A rotating tool knurls the base tube, while the foot of the fin is seamlessly knurled into the base tube's grooves, ensuring a robust bond and enhanced thermal efficiency.
