1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
The air cooler stands as a pinnacle of innovation, utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium that sweeps over finned tubes, effectively cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids within.
This compact marvel is an independent unit with a minimal footprint, adaptable to both indoor and outdoor placements based on user preferences. It seamlessly connects to equipment via hoses or steel pipes, with water pressure finely adjustable through a valve, displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post-self-circulation, carefully drain water using the drain valve located beneath the water distribution package, ensuring debris-free operation to prevent blockages.

Product advantages
1. Extend the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water, prone to scaling, necessitates regular cleaning. Scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, risking severe damage such as anode burn-through.
2. Energy efficiency at its best! For instance, in a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, the power consumption for the anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage drops dramatically from 8KW with ordinary water to a mere 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. High anode voltage creates a DC path to the ground through water resistance, potentially causing electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate for ordinary water exceeds that of distilled water by a staggering 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device strategically installed at the lower end of a boiler's tail flue to harness waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler's feedwater to a saturated state under steam drum pressure, it efficiently lowers the exhaust temperature, conserving energy and enhancing efficiency. This vital component, aptly named an economizer, is indispensable for energy-saving operations.
The robust steel tube economizer is highly adaptable, functioning flawlessly under varying pressures, including boiling conditions. Typically crafted from high-grade carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these tubes sometimes feature fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. Comprising horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, or 'serpentine pipes,' this innovative design ensures optimal heat recovery.

Product Usage:
In the initial phases of boiler start-up in drum boilers, the steam water pipeline lacks circulation, resulting in stagnant boiler feedwater. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the economizer water may vaporize, potentially leading to localized overheating. To circumvent this, a recirculation pipeline connects from the steam drum's central drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer primarily serves to:
(1) Capture and utilize heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers. This innovation boosts thermal efficiency and conserves fuel.
(2) Enhancing the feedwater temperature before it enters the drum reduces the temperature disparity between the drum wall and incoming feedwater, thus lessening thermal stress and extending the lifespan of the drum.
