At the heart of the exhaust gas boiler lies the H-finned tube, a superior heat exchange component. This ingeniously crafted tube offers the following remarkable advantages:
(1) Excellent wear resistance
The H-finned tube heat exchanger boasts an in-line arrangement of H fins, dividing space into multiple small zones that balance airflow. Compared to smooth tube or spiral finned heat exchangers, the H-finned tube outperforms with a 3-4 times longer wear life under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, the bundle is easily flushed, minimizing fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, it exhibits excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Straight channels crafted on the H finned tube sides effectively manage soot, achieving optimal soot removal with a soot blower.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
