Crafted with precision, our finned tubes are engineered from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel to deliver exceptional performance. Utilizing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes ensure optimal quality and durability.

Our innovative soft regime technique, employing direct welding with side current, sets new standards in efficiency. Fins, always welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, take on a unique U-profile. This modern design surpasses traditional contact surfaces by enhancing heat transfer efficiency, boosting joint strength, and ensuring an even circumferential distribution. Fins undergo gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and allowing a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for superior heat transfer, fins can also be customized using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels based on customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to client specifications. Seamless tubes made from the same diverse material spectrum (carbon to duplex steels, ASTM, EN, GOST) ensure consistent quality, with production tolerances maintained at ± 6 mm.
