Crafted with precision, our finned tubes are artfully constructed using high-grade carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Through the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure durability and exceptional performance.

Utilizing a soft regime approach, our tubes are directly welded with side current, ensuring each pair of U-profile fins are perfectly aligned on opposing sides. This innovative solution surpasses traditional shapes, optimizing heat transfer efficiency, fortifying joint strength, and ensuring even fin distribution around the tube. Our gradual rolling process minimizes inner stress and allows for a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for superior heat conductivity, our fins can also be customized with high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels upon request. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm with angles tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes match the fin material, spanning carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production process allows us to maintain strict tolerances of ± 6 mm, guaranteeing the highest quality longitudinally finned tubes.
